These terms govern access to the product and are written for a practical launch. They should be reviewed and tightened further if the business grows or becomes regulated.
What the service does
RelynAI lets users upload or paste conversations and receive AI-assisted communication reports. The product is designed for informational use only and is not therapy, legal advice, or medical advice.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining access to your account. Do not use the service if you are not legally able to agree to these terms where you live.
Your content and permissions
Only upload conversations and materials you have the right to use. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for making sure your use of the service does not violate privacy, confidentiality, employment, contractual, or platform rules that apply to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harass others, upload malware, abuse payment systems, or attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
Billing
Paid scans and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refund handling are described further on the refund policy page.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or limit parts of the service to maintain reliability, security, or compliance. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, payment, email, or AI providers.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as-is and your use of it is at your own risk. RelynAI is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or relationship outcomes that result from how you interpret or act on a report.
