Refund and cancellation policy.
This policy is designed to be clear and practical for a digital product sold internationally. It explains how one-time scans, subscriptions, and billing errors are handled.
One-time scans
If you pay for a one-time scan and the scan is never delivered because of a technical failure we cannot fix promptly, we will usually refund that charge. We generally do not refund completed scans solely because you disliked the result or disagreed with the interpretation.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time, and cancellation stops future renewal. Unless required by law, partial-period refunds are not normally offered after a billing cycle has started.
Billing mistakes
We will review duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or payments taken after a valid cancellation request. If we confirm a platform or billing error, we will correct it or refund it.
How to request a refund
Email the support address with the account email used for purchase, the date of the charge, and a short explanation of the problem. Include screenshots if the issue was technical or billing-related.
Response timing
We aim to review refund and billing requests within 2 business days in Hong Kong time. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and final timing depends on the payment provider.
