What we collect
We collect the account details you provide, uploaded conversation content, report outputs, billing metadata, support messages, and routine technical logs needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use your data to run scans, generate reports, secure accounts, process billing, answer support requests, and keep the service reliable. We do not use your private chats to train our own models.
Third-party processors
To deliver the product, conversation content and account metadata may be processed by infrastructure and service providers such as Neon for database hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, and external AI providers used to generate reports.
Retention
Conversation uploads and generated reports are intended to auto-delete after 30 days unless you delete them earlier, need them retained for an active dispute, or we are required to keep them for legal or security reasons.
International access
RelynAI is operated from Hong Kong and offered internationally. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own depending on the infrastructure and providers used to run the service.
Your choices
You can request account deletion, report deletion, or privacy support by emailing the address below. You can also manage sign-in through your email, password, and verification links.
Children
The service is not intended for children. Do not use it if you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
